Our £38pp set menu includes delights such as Charred Hampshire Asparagus with a 63°C hen's egg, burnt butter emulsion and corn flowers as well as a Baron of Sussex aged beef served with crispy rosemary potatoes and buttered new season peas with shallot and chervil and chimichurri.
