Ted’s Veg is one of our vegetable suppliers, and for good reason. They are committed to providing their customers with fresh, homegrown and handpicked produce. A large range of seasonal homegrown veg and salad from Ted Dawson’s farm in Lincolnshire is picked every day for its freshness.
All of Ted’s Veg (see what we did there?) is grown without chemicals so they do say to beware of the odd caterpillar or bug, which just adds to the character of the business we think.
The company are also participants in Planzhero’s plight to eradicate wastage. Through this organisation, they provide many local charities with hundreds of kilos of edible but unsellable fruit and veg every single week.
Ted’s Veg have been farming for at least four generations now, so it’s truly a family business, like us.
