Simona di Vietri was born in Italy and brought up on delicious Italian food, one of her favourites being fresh mozzarella from the local latteria. When moving to England, Simona did not want her children to grow up without knowing what authentic Italian cheese tastes like, so La Latteria was born. And, boy, are we glad it was!
