Lovingly produced from Grenache, Counoise, Ugni Blanc and Mourvèdre grapes – both white and red co-fermented grapes, resulting in a pale pink colour, a rosé petal with purple reflections. The taste is well balanced with pears and citrus and the aroma is fruitful.
